THE OLD DAIRY
A magical space for friends or families to share special time together.
It’s 5 en-suite double rooms can easily accommodate 10 adults and extra Z beds can be provided for children upon request.
Two large open plan Kitchenette/Dining/Lounge areas are separated by a sliding barn door. This flexible space allows for one enormous room or a more private space if required.
The accommodation can be rented as a 2 bed, 3 bed or for totally exclusive use, a 5 bed space.

COURTYARD
The gated courtyard is for the exclusive use of the old dairy guests.
It provides a private space for outdoor dining or a peaceful retreat to relax in the shade of a parasol.
KITCHEN / DINING
The kitchenettes are fully equipped for basic catering with a small fridge freezer, microwave/convection combination oven, toaster, kettle and two-ring hob.
We also provide pots, pans, cutlery, crockery and cleaning materials.
LOUNGES
Great spaces for relaxing together with leather sofas, coffee table and smart TV and DVD players.
BEDROOMS
Each bedroom has a double bed, hanging space, desk with a desk light, vanity and full-length mirrors, bedside tables, 2 chairs and a children's fold-away Z bed. Each has an en-suite which comprises a
shower/toilet/sink. All linen is provided.
BOOKINGS
Your booking will be confirmed on receipt of your deposit. The balance of your payment is due one month before your date of arrival.
In the event of a cancellation your deposit is non-refundable, however, a credit will be issued to you towards a re-booking on alternative dates.

INFORMATION
Check-in time is 3 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-out time is 10 am on the day of departure.
These times may be negotiable upon request.
Children’s Z beds are available free of charge if you bring your own bedding/sleeping bag. A charge will be made if children’s bedding is required.
Although there is no smoking within the Old Dairy, an outdoor space is available.
Fire safety - For your safety the entire property is protected by a state-of-the-art fire suppression system, which ensures compliance with the latest fire safety legislation.
Due to insurance and Health/Safety legislation, any visits to see the farm animals must be supervised. We will do our utmost to accommodate reasonable requests.
Dogs – One well-behaved dog may be accepted by prior agreement as long as they are non-shedding and keep off the furniture, out of the bedrooms and kept on a lead outside your private courtyard. A dog crate is available upon request.
